Citizens State Bank is pleased to offer you the SHAZAM Brella mobile app! SHAZAM Brella offers you a safe, easy and fast way to identify potential fraud, send person-to-person (P2P) money transfers* and find surcharge-free ATMs 24/7 on your mobile device, wherever the road takes you.
SHAZAM Brella offers the ability to send P2P money transfers to other SHAZAM Brella users whether or not they carry a Citizens State Bank SHAZAMChek debit card. Instantly and securely send money to your college student, give a monetary gift for a special occasion or pay your neighbor at the local community garage sale. No 2-3 day waiting periods, no trip to the bank – it’s all within the SHAZAM Brella mobile app. When we say instantly transfer money, we mean it.*
Take more control of your account using transaction control! With the quick tap of a button you’ll be able to temporarily block or unblock your card, without affecting previous transactions. If your card is stolen, goes missing or you just want to pause it while traveling – simply sign in to your Brella app and initiate your own temporary card block! This feature not only provides you peace of mind, but also saves you the hassle associated with losing a card. Simply block your card until you find it, then unblock it for instant use. Fast, simple, added security at your fingertips!
You can now submit a travel notice to us with the SHAZAM Brella mobile app. Simply tap on “Manage travel notices” on the menu screen, follow the prompts and provide us your travel dates and destinations. Submitting a travel notice is a good idea, so we aren’t surprised when we see debit card purchases originating from an unusual area, such as another state or country. It’s possible we might flag those transactions as fraudulent and put a hold on your card until we find out for sure. Telling us when you’re traveling helps us identify legitimate transactions quickly.
The SHAZAM Brella ATM locator feature is also integrated with GPS technology. No matter where you are in the U.S., because you’re a SHAZAM Brella user, you’ll be able to use your mobile device or any desktop computer to locate the nearest surcharge-free ATM along with directions.
Like a high-tech early-warning system, SHAZAM Brella can immediately alert you to any potentially fraudulent activity on your smartphone, tablet or home computer. SHAZAM Brella provides alerts for purchases exceeding your defined amounts, phone or Internet purchases and suspicious or high-risk transactions.
